Case Study 1 – Overview

This client is one of Australia’s Largest Online Retailers and required Leadership and Team Management Training to increase revenue and productivity across an inbound call centre team of more than 50 people.

We worked on-site with them to ascertain what was required, and in consultation, we focused on several core areas and implemented new scripts, worked individually with team leaders and their training strategies and mentored the Customer Support Manager across many facets.

Case Study 1 – Outcomes

This assignment was within the Retail Division of the same company, where we needed to spend time in their showrooms to ascertain their pain points and discover where the gaps were.

We observed in-store and watched over the morning meetings to look for ways to improve the business. With guidance, we re-formatted the sales presentations and trained the trainers with feedback.

Consulting with my client saw improved client relationships and focused on delivering targets with amazing customer service.

This has resulted in poor-performing staff being let go and bottom line profits increasing. They have scaled the business over the last nine (9) months, where in March 2019, they grossed $7m plus, which was an honest month.

The results achieved:

  • Year 1= $35 Million to $71 Million
  • Year 2 = $71 Million to Projected $88 Million

Case Study 2 – Overview

This national distribution centre was our next project.

Consulting closely with our client we worked through conflict resolution with the overall goal to improve efficiency, strategy and deliver the best customer service in the market.

In consultation with our client, the focus is on revisits when quoting.

This has been reduced considerably saving money and time and improving the NPS scores.

During this time in consultation, we have developed a delivery training module.

We have been working closely and eagerly with this client. The focus has been on discussing, assessing, strategising and implementing action to improve the entire business.

We identified that one of the most important requirements of their business and is still ongoing is the need to drive business development and secure more consignment business. They have been impressed with progress thus far and is excited about the opportunity that awaits.
